On 25 September 2025 during the Monaco Yacht Show, luxury linen brand Frette and BOAT International co-hosted an exclusive private dinner, bringing together some of the most influential names in superyacht design.
The event began with a welcome reception on the terrace of Restaurant 1909 at the Yacht Club de Monaco. With its panoramic views over Port Hercule, the terrace provided the perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy canapés and conversation as the sun set over the marina.
Following the reception, guests were invited inside for an intimate three-course dinner, where the evening spotlighted the Frette by Tara Bernerd collaboration, titled Disrupting Architecture. Tara Bernerd is an award-winning London-based interior designer renowned for her hospitality and residential projects. With a global portfolio, she has collaborated with leading luxury hospitality brands, including St. Regis, Six Senses, Four Seasons and Rosewood.
The collection draws inspiration from a rich tapestry of architectural elements from various periods, introducing Deco and Modernism through Tara Bernerd’s contemporary lens. It features a series of jacquard-woven wool, cashmere throws and cushions that reimagine graphic motifs and tonal layering, each piece finished with a handwoven leather label.
The guest list featured leading figures from the world’s top superyacht design studios. A live jazz band and singer provided a sophisticated soundtrack to the evening.
As the night drew to a close, each guest was gifted a Frette-branded wine bottle drip guard.
