News of price drops continues to roll in as I learn that Cromwell Littlejohn's central listing at Merle Wood & Associates, the 40.23m motor yacht Beeliever, has had a $1 million reduction.

Originally built by Australian yard Oceanfast in 1990, she went through a major conversion by Sensation Yachts in 2003 when she was also lengthened. A number of famous designers collaborated on the project including Phil Curran, Jon Bannenberg and Anita Unger for the décoration. A subsequent refit in 2008 saw her completely repainted. This superyacht accommodates 8 guests in 4 staterooms, and reaches top speeds of 24+ knots. Available to view in South Florida, Beeliever is now asking $4.9 million.
