The 27.7-metre Sunseeker motor yacht Major Affair has been listed for sale with Della Pearce of Camper & Nicholsons.

Delivered by the British yard in 2007, she was designed by Don Shead, who also completed her naval architecture. Major Affair was built in a GRP hull and superstructure as a Sunseeker 90, which, as her broker notes, is a model "valued for delivering true superyacht proportions".

Major Affair is asking $1,950,000

On board, her interiors are characterised by warm wood panel flooring and cream suede finishes throughout. The main saloon is spacious with a comfortable lounge comprising four pale red leather sofas and a formal dining area with an L-shaped bench sitting adjacent to the galley. Wide windows allow bounds of natural light to fill the space, while the helm is completely enclosed to create more privacy.

Accommodation on board is for nine guests across four cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the lower deck featuring a central double bed, a long desk to port and an en suite with his-and-hers vanities. Further accommodation is arranged as a forward VIP cabin, a portside double cabin and a starboard cabin hosting triple bunks.

Her exterior spaces are expansive and arranged to create inviting social hubs. The main deck aft hosts a large teak dining table and fixed seating for al fresco meals, while side decks provide a passage forward to the bow, where guests can enjoy a generous sunpad layout.

Up a level, the flybridge boasts an additional al fresco dining area, shaded under a hard top, as well as a bar and aft-facing sunpads. A secondary helm offers strong visibility and clear sightlines across the water. At the stern, a hydraulic platform lowers to launch the yacht's tender and water toys.

The yacht for sale's top speed is 30 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines, while she cruises at 18 knots. Additionally, she benefits from a TRAC fin stabilisation system to enhance comfort at anchor.

Lying in Phuket, Thailand, Major Affair is asking $1,950,000.
