A new central agency has been announced on the 34.4-metre Benetti motor yacht King's Lair, now listed for sale with Frank Grzeszczak of FGI Yacht Group.
Delivered in 2023, the motor yacht was built by the Italian yard and was designed around Benetti's Oasis concept, with naval architecture developed by Pierluigi Ausonio PLANA. RWD designed her exterior, while her interiors were penned by Bonetti / Kozerski architecture.
The interior spaces emphasise openness and natural light with floor-to-ceiling glazing, upgraded parquet flooring and seamless flow between social areas. Her main saloon features curved sofas leading into a formal dining area for ten guests.
On the main deck forward, the full-beam owner's suite benefits from oversized windows as well as a makeup vanity and en suite.
The lower deck accommodates four guest cabins, including two double cabins and two twin cabins, all with en suites and oversized hull windows. Crew accommodation is positioned separately forward, accommodating seven crew members.
The main deck aft is designed as a social hub, with soft furnishings, a bar and a spa pool aft, surrounded by sunpads and offering optional shading.
The upper deck blends indoor and outdoor living with a spacious, protected aft deck with seating and an upper deck lounge with a casual dining or games area. Further sunpads can be found on the foredeck.
Crowning the yacht, the sundeck features additional al fresco dining and lounging with optional shade. The deck also has a bar to aid with entertaining.
Her swim platform allows for easy access to the sea as well as storage for the toys, which include a Williams Diesel Jet 505, a Sea-Doo Jet Ski, Seabobs and a home golf kit.
The yacht for sale's pair of MTU engines allows for speeds of up to 16 knots, while cruising at 14.5 knots.
King's Lair is currently lying in Fort Lauderdale and is asking $16,999,990.
