The 40.2-metre Benetti motor yacht Alegre has joined the market for the first time since her delivery in 2019, listed for sale with Hannah Wolstenholme and Simon Goldsworthy of Edmiston.
The motor yacht was delivered by the Italian shipyard to a design by Stefano Righini and boasts one of the top 30 per cent LOA in the world. Her interiors came from the drawing boards of both Studio E. Farca and Benetti, who also completed her naval architecture.
The broker notes that Alegre is an example of Benetti's Classic Supreme 132 series that "combines proven long-range capability with refined Italian design and onboard volume". She will also attend the Cannes Yachting Festival in September this year.
The interior of Alegre has a contemporary atmosphere throughout, with soft mineral grey tones paired with light wood finishes. The main saloon offers a welcoming first point of entry on board, with a large L-shaped sofa, paired with armchairs and a coffee table for lounging. The dining area is also featured in the open-plan layout, with space for 10 guests to dine.
Accommodation on board is for 10 guests across five en suite cabins. The spacious main deck owner's cabin offers a dressing room, private study and a his-and-hers en suite. Meanwhile, on the lower deck, the guests' accommodation comprises two VIP cabins and two twin cabins with a pullman berth.
The main deck is peppered with soft furnishings and a banquette sweeping the aft of the yacht, all under the shade of the deck above for comfort from the sun.
Up a level, a secondary saloon comes with a small dining table and sofa facing a mounted television. The double glass doors open fully to the upper deck aft, where a large round al fresco dining table dominates, seating 10 guests.
While the dining table is under the shading of the deck above, the soft furnishings are under the sun, providing a sun-catching spot for guests.
The foredeck is a signature relaxing area on board, host to a banquette, sunpads and a spa pool. The lounging space benefits from two retractable shadings for flexibility and all-weather use.
The sundeck serves as the main hub of social activity, dedicated to entertaining with a large dining table that seats 12 guests for both formal and informal occasions.
Flanking the dining area on either side are additional lounging spaces featuring sunbeds and sofas, along with an outdoor gym where guests can work out while enjoying panoramic views.
The yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU engines and boasts a top speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 14.4 knots.
Alegre is asking €13,900,000.
