The 44.5-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Neverland II has been sold. Frank Grzeszczak Sr. and Frank Grzeszczak Jr. of FGI Yacht Group represented the seller, while Karin Paggi from Karma Yachting represented the buyer.

Neverland II is the second hull in the Sanlorenzo 44 Alloy series, built in aluminium to a complete design by Zuccon International Project and delivered in 2020. The broker points out she has just completed her five-year class survey and is in "turn-key condition with remaining engine warranties".

Neverland II was last asking $24,500,000

Accommodation on board is for 11 guests across five staterooms. Neverland II boasts an impressive interior volume with a three-level master suite that spans the full 9.3-metre beam, complete with a private jacuzzi and exterior bow lounge access, entertainment area and panoramic outlooks. Additional guest cabins are equally well-proportioned and located on the lower deck, all offering en suite bathrooms. Crew accommodation is for up to nine members.

The layout emphasises openness and flow between interior and exterior areas, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the yacht. She displays a contemporary interior style, with crisp white furniture and light-grained marble, contrasting against the distinct pairing of rich wood panelling and glossy black bulkheads.

The main saloon offers a large open-plan living space, featuring a bar, an L-shaped cream sofa and a formal dining area. Moving aft through the double doors, there is a spacious sun lounging area with coffee tables for drinks or tea.

The upper deck saloon offers generous seating and unobstructed views, making it an ideal setting for both formal entertaining and relaxed everyday living. Moving through the double doors aft, there is a large deck with dining space as well as sun-pads for an unshaded sunbathing area.

The sundeck provides open-air space on the top level of the yacht, with a large dining table flanked by countertop space as well as another seating area aft.

Aft on the lower deck, she has a multi-purpose beach club that can function as a bar, lounge and gym. The beach club has also been designed to open on three sides, with lateral garage space for a seven-metre tender. There is additional lounging space with sunbeds and soft furnishings.

She also features a generous foredeck with uninterrupted views from a jacuzzi, surrounded by sunpads and seating areas.

The 483GT motor yacht has a maximum speed of 21 knots, a cruising speed of 18 knots and a maximum range of 2,000 nautical miles, powered by twin 2,636hp MTU diesel engines. Zero-speed stabilisers also help to hold her steady at anchor and underway.

Neverland II was last asking $24,500,000.
