For those not familiar with this quiet, private marina, Golfe Juan lies midway between Cannes and Antibes on the Côte d'Azur with views across the bay to the Cap d'Antibes and the islands off Cannes.
This is one of the few marinas in the south of France which has a good choice of restaurants within the port itself and for those who love to party, the vibrant night life of Juan-les-Pins is only a few minutes away by car.
Located on the 'Capitanerie' quay, this is one of the most protected berths in the port with the added advantage of being in a pedestrian area with no passing traffic.
The asking price of this berth, which has a lease until July 2024, has been set at €3,350,000 (+5.09% tax).
