50m superyacht berth for sale in Malta by Direct Berth

Henk van Egmond at Direct Berth International gets in touch to say he has a 50m privately owned berth for sale in Malta's Grand Harbour Marina.

Berth number VO9, she has a beam of 11 metres and the lease lasts until 2030. The asking price is €980,000 and there's a service charge of €16,000 per annum.
