The 75.1-metre Admiral motor yacht Kenshō has joined the market and is now listed for sale with Will Christie of Christie Yachts, marking her global market debut.
Delivered in 2022 by the Italian yard Admiral, a brand of The Italian Sea Group, Kenshō quickly garnered industry acclaim, winning Motor Yacht of the Year and Best Interior Design (1,500GT+) at the 2023 World Superyacht Awards. Her naval architecture and exterior design are the result of a collaboration between Azure Yacht Design and Naval Architecture and archineers.berlin.
Instantly recognisable thanks to her metallic blue-green hull and superstructure, Kenshō is conceived as a yacht that prioritises a strong connection to the sea. Her name derives from a Japanese word meaning “seeing one’s true nature” – an ethos reflected throughout her design.
Interiors by Jouin Manku are contemporary and serene, with a restrained, zen-inspired palette of natural tones and tactile finishes. Generous glazing and ceiling heights of 2.7 metres enhance the sense of volume, while wide corridors create an easy flow between spaces. An elevator connects all decks from the lower level to the sundeck.
Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests across eight cabins. The full-beam owner’s suite, occupying the forward portion of the main deck, includes a private lounge, dressing room and en suite bathroom centred around a sculptural marble bathtub. Japanese-inspired artwork features prominently, including sliding panels in soft blue hues that frame the bed, while subtle landscape motifs continue through the dressing area.
Five convertible twin or double guest cabins, positioned on the lower deck, are complemented by two additional twin staff cabins. Further accommodation is provided for a crew of 21.
In a deliberate departure from convention, Kenshō does not feature a traditional main saloon aft. Instead, the layout prioritises guest accommodation and private spaces, with dining positioned aft and expansive living areas relocated to the upper deck. The panoramic upper saloon offers 180-degree views forward and can be transformed into a private cinema, reinforcing the yacht’s emphasis on openness and connection to the surrounding seascape.
Outdoor living is arranged across four decks. A generous swim platform aft provides direct access to the water and incorporates a 5.5-metre swimming pool finished in the yacht’s signature metallic detailing. The main and upper decks are configured for al fresco dining and relaxed entertaining.
The sundeck is designed for socialising, complete with a bar, extensive lounge seating and a forward Jacuzzi. Overhead, the hardtop integrates a bespoke lighting installation inspired by natural bioluminescence.
A fully equipped gym is located on the lower deck, while a side-loading garage houses a selection of water toys alongside a custom teal tender.
Power comes from three Caterpillar diesel electric engines. The yacht for sale boasts a cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles at a speed of 13.6 knots, while her top speed is 15.9 knots. Additional zero-speed stabilisers ensure comfort at anchor and while underway.
Attending the upcoming Palm Beach International Boat Show, Kenshō is asking €124,500,000.
