Chris Collins at Kardinal asks me to publicise a further $245,000 price reduction on his central listing, the 35.05m motor yacht Miracle.

Built by Taiwan’s Kha Shing yard in 2000 and extensively refitted in 2009, she accommodates eight guests in a master, VIP and two twin cabins and boasts an excellent charter record in the Caribbean. Miracle has a spacious flybridge with a hot tub and twin 1,836hp MTU engines that give her a cruising speed of 14 knots.

Miracle is now asking $3.95 million.
