The 28.5 metre motor yacht Princeville has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Denison Yachting with Superyacht Sales & Charter.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Stefano Righini, Princeville was delivered in 2012 as one of the yard’s Delfino 93 models. A modern yet sophisticated interior by Carlo Galeazzi has accommodation for up 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, two VIP suites, one double cabin and one twin. All cabins on this yacht for sale have entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
In the lounge area of the main deck saloon there are settees located so that there is a clear view through the large side windows. Bookcase racks on either side add to the club-like ambiance and create a subtle separation between the lounge and the dining areas. An entertainment centre includes a 42-inch Sharp television screen and a stereo surround sound system. Forward, the glass dining table offers seating for ten and there are sideboards on either side for storage of crockery and cutlery.
The flybridge is exceptionally well designed with ample seating and lounging areas ideal for al fresco enjoyment, complemented by a retractable sun awning, a Jacuzzi tub and bar. Her top speed is 13.5 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots with power coming from two 985hp MAN diesel engines. For added comfort, she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
Lying in Dania, Florida, Princeville is asking $4,990,000.
