The 31.75 metre motor yacht Serenity Mia, listed for sale with Enrico Mortola of Mortola Yacht & Ship Brokers, has been sold with Erman Aytas of Ultimo Yachts introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Benetti to a design by Stefano Righini, Serenity Mia was delivered in 2012 as one of the yard’s Tradition 105 models. A Francois Zuretti interior with warm cherry wood panelling and fine fabrics accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, two VIP suites and two twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
Her large saloon is characterised by panoramic windows port and starboard with a sofa and armchairs. A full wet bar is situated forward alongside a dining table with seating for up to eight guests.
Elsewhere, the aft deck hosts al fresco entertaining and dining with built in upholstered bench seating, a table and chairs. Her upper deck offers a large formal table, bar and relaxed seating along with a custom hard top. A flybridge and sundeck provide further options for enjoying life in the sunshine, with a spa pool and an array of sun pads and sun loungers.
Twin 1,625hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots and maximum speed of 18 knots.
Serenity Mia was asking €4,950,000.
