Big price drop on motor yacht Ocean Emerald at Floating Life and Edmiston

Filippo Rossi at Floating Life tells me that the 41m motor yacht Ocean Emerald, a joint listing with Tomaso Polli at Edmiston, needs to be sold before the summer season and has just had a €1.1 million price cut.

Designed by Foster & Partners and built to RINA class by Rodriquez in 2009, Ocean Emerald has been designed with a strong emphasis on space and light and has five suites for up 12 guests.

Throughout the yacht’s interior, the architects maximised the amount of natural light by incorporating extensive floor- to-ceiling windows and walls of light-coloured hardwoods with high-gloss finishes.

The design is most successful in the airy master suite, a full-beam area with two private terraces. Further accommodation is provided in two double VIP staterooms and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth.

Ocean Emerald is now down from €9 million to €7.9 million.
