The 45.1-metre Broward motor yacht Lady Nora has been listed for sale with Simon Goldsworthy of Edmiston.
Delivered in 1998, Lady Nora was custom-built by the Florida-based shipyard, constructed in aluminium to a design and naval architecture by Broward Yachts and outfitted with interiors by Robin Rose. She was substantially refitted in recent years to an "incredibly high standard", with her broker noting a total of €7,500,000 in investment since 2020. Her most recent refit was completed in 2025.
Accommodation on board is for up to 13 guests across a five-cabin layout. A full-beam master suite is located on the main deck, decorated in oak panelling and warm ambient lighting, complete with a large en suite. Meanwhile, two double cabins and two twin cabins are found on the lower deck, all en suite. There are further quarters for nine crew.
Living areas are spread across her three expansive decks. A full-beam main saloon offers an elegant lounge and a formal dining table for up to 13, while above, the upper deck is host to another light-filled saloon with relaxed seating and a generous aft terrace.
The exterior spaces are just as enticing. Up top, the sundeck is complete with a forward-facing Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads and a versatile lounge and dining area shaded by a Bimini. Closer to the water, a sizeable swim platform presents a hassle-free connection to the sea.
Onboard amenities are also attractive, with Lady Nora equipped with a gym and beach club for guests to enjoy.
The yacht for sale is equipped with a wide selection of tenders and water toys, including a 9.3-metre Salpa RIB (available by separate negotiation), two Seabobs, two Jet Skis, an inflatable swimming pool and a range of inflatable towables.
The motor yacht is powered by twin 2,400hp Detroit Diesel engines, capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots and cruising comfortably at 12 knots with a range of 2,700 nautical miles. She is also equipped with brand new CMC stabilisers, fitted in 2025.
