Cheoy Lee Motor Yacht Ivory Lady Sold

The 33.07 metre motor yacht Ivory Lady, listed for sale by Tony Maggio at HMY Yacht Sales, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Mike Burke at Denison Yachting.

Built in GRP by Chinese yard Cheoy Lee to a design by Jack Hargrave, she was delivered in 1988 and has been carefully maintained since. An interior by Susan Puleo accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck full beam VIP suite, a master suite below and a double and two twins, all with en suite bathroom facilities.

Access to the main saloon from the aft deck is through counter-balanced stainless steel and glass doors and there is a small writing desk to port with a full wet bar to port. A forward conversation area in the lounge has a curved L-shaped couch as the centrepiece while forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests and locker storage for glassware, china and silver. There is also a built in entertainment centre including a 27-inch Sony television screen.

Aft of the wheelhouse is a sky lounge with an adjacent bathroom and comfortable seating, ideal for relaxation after a long day enjoying the water toys. Immediately aft is the sun deck, equipped with a Jenn Air grill, wet bar, sun pads and sun loungers.

The engine room is oversized, with special attention given to sound deadening equipment and housing twin 850hp Caterpillar diesel engines yielding a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 14 knots.

Ivory Lady was asking $1,000,000.
