30 October 2026 • Written by Éilis Cronin

A $700,000 price drop has been announced on the 36.6-metre Crescent Custom motor yacht Risk & Reward, listed for sale with Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts.

Built in GRP to a design by Jack Sarin, Risk & Reward was delivered in 2004 from the Vancouver-based shipyard and has had three owners in her lifetime, the second of which oversaw major interior upgrades, including all furnishings, soft goods and carpeting. According to her owner, she is a "turn-key, ready-to-cruise vessel".

Risk & Reward is now asking $3,750,000

Her comfortable interiors were designed by Robin Rose and are defined by a spacious saloon with a light and airy aesthetic. Light fabrics and furnishings are accented by warm raised mahogany cabinets and a selection of stonework. A large sofa with an armchair and coffee tables sit port side, while two armchairs and an ottoman sit starboard.

Forward, the saloon features a formal mahogany dining table for up to eight guests. A commodious galley kitchen is situated forward of the dining space and features a second dining table for up to six guests, a centre island and a U-shaped sofa with a table and two chairs.

The guest foyer houses a small cabin that can also be used as a gym, complete with a Peloton bike and gym equipment.

Accommodation comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, including a full-beam owner's cabin featuring all raised-panel mahogany cabinets, a large king-sized berth with drawer storage, twin his-and-hers granite-topped nightstands and a large walk-in cedar-lined wardrobe.

The en suite features a large L-shaped vanity with ample storage, accompanied by his-and-hers sinks.

A VIP suite, a double room and a twin room complete the guest accommodation set-up, while a further three cabins sleep up to five crew members.

Meanwhile, her aft deck is fully shaded by a boat deck overhang, protecting guests from the elements. Fixed seating adorns the space, complemented by four teak deck chairs with matching cushions and covers for additional seating at a varnished teak dining table. Completing the area is a granite-topped deck bar that includes four stainless steel stools and a glassware cabinet and ice maker.

The bow has been configured with forward-facing seating, ideal for sunbathing close to the water. Meanwhile, up top, the sundeck boasts a Jacuzzi surrounded by sun pads, accompanied by a bar with an ice maker, fridge, BBQ and stools.

Three steps bring you up to the bridge deck, which provides access to the raised pilothouse and features two helm seats and an additional helm seat starboard. Two large sofas are complemented by teak tables and chairs for al fresco dining, while a custom hardtop shelters guests from the elements.

The flybridge features a lower-level four-person hot tub and sun lounger cushion, accompanied by seating and a spacious walk-around bar with a large gas grill, ice maker and fridge. A second sun pad is located next to the bar area.

Twin 2,000hp MTU diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 17 knots, topping out at 21 knots.

Risk & Reward is now asking $3,750,000.
