The 37.2 metre CRN motor yacht Nordic Star, listed for sale by Fraser, is being put up for auction by BVA Auctions in Australia. Online bidding will begin on Monday 1 March 2021 at 5pm and end on Tuesday 16 March 2021 at 7pm.
Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard CRN, she was delivered in 1978 with refits in 2008 and 2012. She accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins including a master suite forward on the main deck with a queen-sized bed and a private games area. The VIP suite, again with a queen-sized bed, is on the lower deck to starboard and forward; a double cabin is aft to port with a queen sized bed and two Pullman berths. Two twin guest cabins are fore and aft, on port and starboard and all cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
The interior of this yacht for sale features warm, amber-toned wood panelling along with stylish Italian furniture and has an open plan saloon with a low credenza separating the relaxation and dining areas. Her panoramic skylounge offers seating for 10 with a 60-inch plasma TV and entertainment centre while the flybridge is configured for al fresco dining as well as comfortable relaxing on reclining steamer chairs. Twin 980hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles.
