Currency switch and price drop on sailing yacht Antara at MWA and Perini

Dirk Johnson at Merle Wood & Associates tells me that his joint central agency with Bruce Brakenhoff Jr of Perini Navi USA, the 46.5m sailing yacht Antara, has had a price switch from euros to dollars, meaning a price drop of $325,000.

Antara was delivered by Perini Navi in 1991 and underwent a thorough refit in 2007, with a fresh interior, an extended flybridge with Jacuzzi, new paint, rigging and sails and new teak decks. In 2011 her masts were repainted and she received a new sail inventory.

Antara accommodates up to 12 guests in a master, double and two twins plus four Pullman berths and is now asking $11 million.
