The 37.8 metre motor yacht Casuarina, listed for sale by Jim McConville at Allied Marine, is sold with MarineMax acting for the buyer.

Built in GRP by US yard Delta Marine with delivery in 1998, Casuarina was previously known as Scott Free and Mimi. In 2011 an interior refit saw her receive new carpets, flat screen televisions, DVD players and iPod docking stations.

With seven foot headroom throughout, Casuarina features a maple wood interior by Pavlik Design Team. She accommodates eight guests in a master suite, VIP suite and two identical double cabins. All staterooms have entertainment systems and full en suite bathroom facilities.

Entering the main saloon from the aft deck, there is an L-shaped bar with six chairs to starboard and an L-shaped seating area just forward and opposite. The bar has an ice maker, wine cooler and refrigerator. The dining area is next forward and provides ample seating for eight.

Guests will also welcome the opportunity to dine al fresco on the aft deck or enjoy a casual barbecue on the sundeck after a relaxing soak in the spa pool. Twin 1450hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 15 knots and have served her through six transatlantic crossings to date.

Casuarina was asking $4,499,000.
