A €600,000 price drop has been announced on the 54-metre Overmarine Group motor yacht Velocity, listed for sale with Tommaso Chiabra and Camilla Maurizio of Royal Yacht International.
Velocity was delivered in 2020 as the flagship of the yard's Mangusta GranSport 54 series, showcasing a racy profile which, according to her broker, reflects her sporty personality, while her smart interior and exterior layout "determines both the comfort of those on board and the efficient operation of the vessel".
Her all-aluminium hull was developed by Pierluigi Ausonio PLANA, while her exterior design comes straight from the boards of Alberto Mancini. She underwent a significant upgrade this year worth more than $5,000,000.
Overmarine's in-house design team opted for a neutral colour scheme for Velocity's welcoming interiors, complemented by an ample use of marble, warm gloss wood and textured wall panelling throughout the open-plan main saloon and aft dining area.
Accommodation is for up to 16 guests across seven cabins, comprising a main deck full-beam master suite with his-and-hers en suite bathrooms and a private fold-down balcony, two double cabins and two additional cabins on the lower deck. Further accommodation for a nine-strong crew is available across a five-cabin layout.
A commodious beach club makes for a striking sight on the water, boasting a generous floating pool with fold-down transom and side platforms for easy access to the water.
Guests can also cool off in the spacious, glass-enclosed Jacuzzi on the foredeck, surrounded by ample sunpads and mooring stations, or access the twin fold-out mooring balconies and the tender garage.
The sundeck provides the ideal place for al fresco dining or entertaining, equipped with a bar and Blackstone grill. Nearby, guests can take in the views from the skylounge while relaxing on comfortable sofas.
The yacht for sale is powered by four 2,638hp MTU engines and boasts a cruising speed of 21 knots and a top speed of 31 knots.
Lying in Port Pierre Canto, Cannes, Velocity is now asking €28,900,000.
