Mark Elliott at International Yacht collection tells me he's taken over the central listing for the 31.7m motor yacht Sharon Ann with a $500,000 price drop.
Built to ABS class by Destiny in 2002 with exterior styling by Evan K. Marshall, her interior, also by Evan Marshall, sleeps eight guests in a master suite, two double staterooms and a twin cabin. Two 2986hp MTU engines give Sharon Ann a cruising speed of 21 knots and, always scrupulously maintained, she had a major refit in 2006.
Available to view at the Miami show, the price of Sharon Ann is down from $5.9 million to $5.4 million.
