Mark Duncan at Yachting Partners International alerts me to a €200,000 price reduction on Gregory Gheraia's central listing, the 22m motor yacht Komboloi.
Built in 2008, she's a fine example of the Sanlorenzo 72' series and has had very little use, while being professionally maintained by her crew and an attentive owner. Comfortably sleeping eight guests in four staterooms, one of which can be turned into an office opening onto the hallway, Komboloi boasts a customised interior and several material upgrades.
Available to view in Monaco, Komboloi is down from €2.15 million to €1.95 million.
