A call this morning to Rainer Wilhelm at Ocean Independence in Vienna brings news of a €250,000 price drop on his central listing, the 25.05m sailing yacht Noheea.

Built by France's Tréhard yard in 1987 to a design by Gilles Vaton, Noheea benefits from a substantial refit in 2007 and, commercially classed, offers accommodation for up to seven guests in a master, double and twin cabin with Pullman berth and has a range of 1,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots. Rainer says that, at her new price, 'She offers a lot of boat for a reasonable amount of money.'

Lying in the South of France, Noheea is now asking asking €1.25 million, down from €1.5 million.
