The 41-metre sailing yacht Cakiryildiz has joined the market with Deniz Kaymaz of Northrop & Johnson.
Her laminated mahogany hull, with epoxy resin, was built in 2013 by East Shipyard in Turkey, to Bureau Veritas class. The broker said that "classical ketch gullet lines seamlessly blend with cutting edge technology".
Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five cabins, with the king-sized master stateroom extending across the full beam aft. There are also two queen-sized doubles and two twin cabins plus quarters for a crew of seven.
On deck, al fresco dining is possible at a 10-seater table and there are ample sunbathing and lounging areas as well as a wet bar. The foredeck offers crescent-shaped seating, "an ideal setting for intimate evening gatherings".
Twin 600hp Caterpillar engines, with low engine hours, give the 237GT sailing yacht for sale a top speed of 12 knots when not under sail. The broker said that "her 8.9-metre beam makes for a stable vessel".
Cakiryildiz is asking €3,500,000 and lying in Turkey.
