Engel & Volkers sells luxury yacht Inclination 1 with bluewater and Fipa Group
by Malcolm MacLean
Inclination 1 was built by the Italian yard Fipa Italiana to RINA class as one of the yard’s Maiora 27 range and launched in 2004. She was completely refitted in 2007 when the previous owner purchased her and she has been looked after by permanent professional crew ever since. Accommodation is for eight guests in a master suite, double, twin and a single cabin with a Pullman berth and all staterooms have en suite bathroom facilities.
Inclination 1 is powered by reliable Caterpillar engines, and she is MCA compliant. A feature is an optional second crew cabin, which makes her ideal for charter. Her interior in mahogany joinery is warm and contemporary.
Lying in Porto Montenegro, Inclination 1 was asking €750,000.
