The 26.21 metre motor yacht Important Business, listed for sale by Kevin Bonnie and Richard Gray at IYC, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Parton Yachting in France.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Falcon Yachts to a design by Stefano Righini, Important Business was delivered in 1999 and has been carefully maintained ever since. Accommodation is for up to ten guests in four cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite, VIP suite and two twins plus Pullman berths, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities. Separate crew accommodation sleeps four staff.
The long main saloon is lined with tall windows for a light and airy ambiance, with comfortable lounge seating and an entertainment centre, including a large screen television, as well as a separate area for formal dining.
Immediately behind the main saloon, the aft deck features al fresco dining with seating on built-in upholstered settees. A large upper deck comes complete with large soft seating, a Jacuzzi, sun pads and a dining table, plus an optional awning for protection from the sun. The foredeck offers additional sunpads for guests to relax on and enjoy the sunshine in privacy.
Twin 1,350hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 22 knots topping out at 24 knots.
Important Business was asking €650,000 with VAT paid.
