So, that's the ninth and most significant sale in February 2010 as Chris Cecil-Wright's central listing at Edmiston & Company, the 71.6m motor yacht Utopia DV, is now sold in an in-house deal.

Utopia DV was built at Feadship's De Vries yard in 2004 and refitted in 2007. Her Redman Whiteley Dixon / Michael McQuiston interior sleeps 12 guests in a master, two doubles and three twins and, with a cruising speed of 14 knots, this superyacht has a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Lloyds classed and MCA compliant, Utopia DV was asking €52.5 million.
