Richard Earp at Fraser Yachts in Monaco sends word that he has a prime 50m x 10m berth for sale in Cap d'Ail.
Berth number 6 in an outstanding location, Richard says the owner has demonstrated his keenness to sell by recently reducing the price to €4.5 million for a lease that extends to the end of 2027.
