Mark Duncan at Yachting Partners International tells me that the price of the new-build 44m superyacht Free Spirit, listed by Alex Braden and Matt Albert in Monaco, has had another price reduction. Currently under construction at the Bloemsma & Van Breeman yard, she's due for delivery in 2010 and will be Lloyds classed and MCA compliant. Accommodating 10 guests in a master, two doubles and two twins, her price has cut from €19.8 million to €12.9 million and she is offered in 'as is' condition.
