Jeff Stanley at Gilman Yacht Sales sends word that his colleague Gary Early sold the 29.2m motor yacht Lady Jan last week, with Joe Marino at Atlantic Yacht and Ship representing the seller.
Built by Hargrave in 2008 as one of the 'Capri Series' Lady Jan has the commensurate four cabins but is unusual for a yacht of her size in having an elevator serving all three decks. Also, this particular superyacht has an enclosed skylounge, affording the volume of a much larger vessel. Lady Jan was asking $4.99 million. Not a simple deal, there was a trade on the Hargrave and a trade on the trade. However, it's all done now and everyone's happy.
