Manfred Haas at Haas International gets in touch to say he has a 45m x 10m berth for sale in the world's yachting capital, Antibes.
The marina offers 24 hour security, a private heliport, excellent parking and many other services.
The berth is available asking €2.6 million for a lease until end-2021.
