Hatteras motor yacht Destiny IV sold

The 24.32 metre motor yacht Destiny IV, listed for sale by Bob Cury at RJC Yacht Sales, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Tom Cardosa at Denison Yachting.

Built in GRP by US yard Hatteras, Destiny IV was delivered in 2006 as an 80’ enclosed bridge model. An interior in high-gloss anigre wood accommodates eight guests in four cabins laid out as a full beam master suite, VIP suite, double and twin. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, television screens and full en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep two staff.

The spacious main deck saloon features a custom sofa with storage, twin barrel chairs and a recliner that make it easy to view the pop-up 50-inch Plasma television screen anywhere within the saloon. Forward is a dining table for six with plenty of china and glassware storage on the forward bulkhead. Forward and leading to the accommodation, is an on-deck day head along with a fully equipped galley and a separate dinette for casual snacks.

The enclosed flybridge has a large console featuring a full array of electronics installed and twin Pompanette helm chairs. Aft is an elevated curved lounge area with a stone table top, oversized settee and large dining table for 12 guests. Her top speed is 26 knots and her power comes from two Caterpillar diesel engines.

Destiny IV was asking $2,295,000.
