Hatteras motor yacht Emily sold

The 30.48 metre motor yacht Emily has been sold with Frank Grzeszczak and his son Frank Jr at International Yacht Collection acting for the buyer in this central listing for sale by Florida Yachts International.

Built in GRP by US yard Hatteras, Emily was delivered in 2003 and has had several upgrades since, most notably in 2013. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins. She has a full-beam master suite with a his and hers en suite that has both a shower and bath tub. There is a VIP suite forward with a shower finished in stone there are two twin guest cabins, both with en suite shower facilities.

She features a large saloon that is divided fore and aft between the main saloon and a formal dining area. In the relaxation area aft there is comfortable seating with a bar including an ice maker, sink and storage. Finished in cherry paneling, this offers the ideal 'chill out' area. A spacious galley is fully equipped for meal preparation. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops give a touch of class to this premium cooking area and an L-shaped dinette is adjacent. Twin 1,800hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 18 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Emily was asking $4.9 million.
