A call to Simon Gibson at Worth Avenue Yachts brings news of a $3.5 million cut on the 61m motor yacht Diamonds are Forever, a joint listing with his colleague Michael Mahan and Michael White and Peter Thompson at Ocean Independence.

Delivered in 2011 by Benetti to an experienced and demanding owner, Diamonds are Forever features an ultra-luxurious interior by Evan K Marshall accommodating 12 guests in five doubles and a twin cabin along with 15 crew.

Unsurprisingly, she was a finalist in the 2012 World Superyacht Awards.

Previously listed at $63 million, Diamonds are Forever is now asking $59.5 million.
