Major price reduction on superyacht Element at Ocean Independence

26 January 2011 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Nick Dean at Ocean Independence tells me of a major €1.8 million drop in the price of his central listing, the 42.7m motor yacht Element.

Element was built by Cantieri di Pisa in 2002 and meticulously maintained since new with several refits, the latest in 2009. ABS classed and MCA compliant, she accommodates 12 guests in a master, VIP, two double and two twin cabins, while twin 3700hp MTU engines power her to a cruising speed of 22 knots. The asking price of Element has now come down from €11.75 million to €9.95 milion.
