On October 14th 2009 I reported the sale of the 30.48m motor yacht Sea Bird, renamed Just Right, and now Rick Aurit at Merle Wood & Associates tells me he's sold her again, with David Wiest at RJC Yachts acting for the seller.

Built by Broward Marine in 1999 and last refitted in 2007, with a sleek, low freeboard, she has ample cabin space above and below deck. Just Right can accommodate up to 9 guests in a luxurious master stateroom and three VIP cabins. She has space for 5 crew, for ultimate comfort onboard and her interior is furnished in warm, neutral tones, with an open plan layout and a country style galley.

Sold to a South Florida resident, Just Right was asking $2.995 million.
