Merle Wood sells superyacht Lohengrin with IYC

16 August 2011 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Last week Bob McKeage at Merle Wood & Associates called to alert me to the impending sale of the 49.1m motor yacht Lohengrin and now he confirms the deal is done, with Frank Grzeszczak at International Yacht Collection acting for the buyer.

Delivered by Trinity Yachts in December 2006, Lohengrin was built to ABS class and is MCA compliant, accommodating up to 11 guests in five staterooms including an on-deck master suite. This superyacht features an elegant interior by Scott Carpenter in marble and walnut and, says Bob, “can comfortably compete head-to-head with Europe’s finest in this class of yacht.” Lohengrin was asking $24.5 million.
