The 29-metre Inace yacht Miss Sarah J has received a €600,000 price drop to her sales listing with Yannis Mitsopoulos of Ocean Independence.
The Brazilian-built explorer-style yacht was delivered in 2003 and owned by American rockstar owner Billy Joel from 2008, where she was refitted specifically to undertake long voyages.
The yacht has had a number of improvements and upgrades over the years. In 2007, her shipyard added a bulbous bow, and between 2019 and 2022, she underwent a yard period that included large-scale engineering and navigational updates.
Miss Sarah J accommodates eight guests in four cabins, with further complement for three crew members in two cabins. The steel-and-aluminium raised pilothouse yacht has a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles and also features a helipad that can cater to a Robinson-style helicopter.
The broker noted that she has "low fuel consumption [at] 90 litres per hour with both main engines and one generator".
The yacht is fitted with twin Caterpillar 3406 DITA engines for a top speed of 11.5 knots and cruising speed of 10 knots.
Lying in Rhodes, Miss Sarah J is now asking €2,200,000.
