Bob Denison at Denison Yacht Sales sends me news that broker Bob Crow has now listed the 30.4m motor yacht Class 1 for sale.
Built by NorthStar in 2006, she has a cherrywood interior with burl accents and accommodates up to 10 guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom, double and two twin cabins. Twin 2085hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 24 knots.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Class 1 is asking $6.1 million.
