Amy Houlston at Burgess tells me they’ve taken over the central listing of the 55.6m motor yacht Lady Christine with a major price reduction.

Lady Christine was built by Oceanco in 2001 with a refit in 2007. Luxurious accommodation is provided for 10 guests in five guest staterooms, including the magnificent owner’s suite.

The main deck comprises the main saloon aft leading through to a private owner’s study on the port side amidships, and a gymnasium on the starboard side. The central passageway leads up into a beautifully appointed main dining room with panoramic views out across the forepeak which is the perfect area for pre or post dinner drinks. The rich wood panelling throughout the yacht is Cuban mahogany which creates an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication.

The majority of the bridge/upper deck is dedicated to the vast, full beam owner’s suite, which is open plan in layout with a walk through dressing area/closet discretely concealing access to a stunning bathroom which boasts beautiful onyx throughout. The owner’s private lounge area flows seamlessly out onto the owner’s dedicated aft deck.

The sun deck is currently divided in the centre by an indoor sun lounge (The Key West Lounge) with circular doors, which are operated electronically and can be left completely open if preferred. The aft area of this deck was designed for full helicopter operations, and the yacht has the capability for helicopter refuelling.

Lady Christine completed her Lloyd’s special 10 year survey last year. She is also fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers making her a very stable platform at anchor as well as underway.

Previously asking €26.9 million, Lady Christine is now down to €19.95 million.
