News just in from Sergei Dobroserdov at Nakhimov Yachts that he’s signed a contract with Admiral Tecnomar to build a new 37m all-aluminium superyacht.
The fifth yacht commissioned by Nakhimov Yachts from Admiral Tecnomar, exterior styling was designed by Monaco based Dobroserdov Design and the hull shape will be optimised by Holland's Van Oossanen Naval Architects.
British designers Bannenberg & Rowell have been commissioned to design the interior. This innovative semi-displacement motor yacht will have a maximum speed of 22 knots powered by four Volvo Penta IPS 900 series engines and drives. Using two engines of 700hp each, she will have a transatlantic range of 3200 nautical miles and will be fitted with two CMC Electra zero-speed stabilisers.
The yacht will be built to LY3 commercial class and will accommodate nine guests in four staterooms plus six crew.
Completion is scheduled for Spring 2016.
