A 26.7 metre new build motor yacht project called the SL86 has been sold by Gaston Lees-Buckley at Camper & Nicholsons to a longstanding repeat client with delivery in July 2016.

Built in GRP by Italian yard Sanlorenzo to a design by Officina Italiana Design, she is RINA classed and is hull number 668 from the yard. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.

The yacht is a development of the yard’s SL82 series with a saloon 2.5 metres longer and with bigger windows, allowing natural light to stream in. The saloon is also much wider than the SL82 model. The flybridge comes fully equipped for al fresco entertaining and dining with a table seating eight guests, a large whirlpool spa, a range of sun loungers and a custom hard top. More outdoor entertainment is available on the main aft deck, protected from the elements by the overhang of the flybridge deck.

Another feature is a foredeck area that serves as a comfortable relaxation space in complete privacy, with sofas, a table, sunbathing cushions and a foldable sun hood. Twin 1,822hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 27 knots topping out at 32 knots.

Sanlorenzo debuted the SL86  into its GRP planing range of luxury motor yachts at the 2015 Dusseldorf Boat last year.
