A new central agency has been announced on the 31-metre Cheoy Lee motor yacht My Way, now listed for sale with Eric Pearson of IYC.
Delivered in 2001 and recognisable by her striking blue hull and white superstructure, My Way is the second hull in the yard’s Global Series, with naval architecture by Frank Mulder of Mulder Design and interiors by Dee Robinson. She underwent a refit in 2023 and has been privately used only, with the same captain since new.
Accommodation on board is for up to eight guests in four cabins, comprising a master suite with a private stairway access, alongside a VIP cabin and two further guest cabins, all en suite. There are also quarters for a crew of three.
Her interior is finished in satin-finished cherry wood, with a layout designed for comfort and practicality. The main saloon offers lounge seating, while a formal dining area seats eight guests. Forward on the main deck, a country kitchen provides an additional, more relaxed social space, while the raised pilothouse level has been configured as an observation lounge.
Exterior spaces include a large aft deck for al fresco dining and entertaining, as well as a foredeck sun lounge area. Full walk-around side decks enhance ease of movement on board, while an enclosed flybridge with wing docking stations offers additional functionality.
A swim platform aft provides access to the water.
The 221GT yacht for sale has a beam of 7 metres and is powered by a pair of MTU 1800 hp engines, delivering a top speed of 26 knots and a cruising speed of 21 knots. According to her broker, she benefits from low fuel consumption and a long cruising range.
