A 29.6-metre New Ocean motor yacht Lady Eileen II has joined the brokerage market with Martin Holmes of Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered in 2007, the raised pilothouse motor yacht was built for an experienced owner as a capable semi-displacement cruising yacht. She was designed by New Ocean Yachts, who also completed the naval architecture and designed the interior. She benefits from a recent maintenance, including a 2025 yard period in Phuket.
Stepping on board her main deck, Lady Eileen II's saloon offers an open-plan living space flanked by windows along either side offering natural light. There is a large cream and light blue sofa and a bar with additional seating, ideal for entertaining.
The formal dining space sits in the same area, with eight chairs and a polished dark wood table. Through glass sliding doors aft, there is a more informal al fresco dining option, shaded by the sundeck for comfort.
Accommodation on board is for eight guests across four staterooms, including two double cabins, one twin and a full-beam master suite. She also sleeps four crew members on board.
The sundeck is characterised by blue and white striped furnishings, offering both shaded and unshaded lounging areas. She has a bar equipped with a TV as well as a bench area with coffee tables for another dining option. The control centre sits on the foredeck, whilst a jacuzzi and the tender sit aft.
The yacht for sale has clean horizontal lines, balanced proportions, and restrained detailing to ensure she retains a timeless exterior design.
She is powered by twin CAT C32 ACERT engines delivering 1,825hp each, and benefits from low engine hours. This also allows for a maximum speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, 0.91 knots above the average for her size.
Currently located in Phuket, Thailand, Lady Eileen II is asking $3,300,000.
