Nikos Oddysseas Papdakis tells me that he's now listed the 37.2m mahogany-hulled sailing yacht Nautilus for sale.
Built by the Nord Winds yard in 2008, this schooner accommodates 10 guests in five double staterooms including a full beam master suite and her sail plan extends to 789 square metres. Features include a salt water spa pool forward on the main deck and a real fire in the saloon. When under power, her twin 400hp Cummins engines deliver a stately cruising speed of 12 knots.
Currently cruising in the East Mediterranean, Nautilus is asking €1.45 million.
