Northrop & Johnson signs superyacht Seagull of Cayman for sale

I call Bruce Leffers at Northrop and Johnson in Newport who tells me he’s signed Feadship's 39.9m classic canoe stern motor yacht Seagull of Cayman as a joint listing with colleague John Weller.

Built by the De Vries yard in 1980, she was refitted in 2006. Accommodation is for 12 guests in six staterooms and twin GM engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots.

Says Bruce: ‘It’s obvious she has been blessed with a knowledgeable owner and crew, and perhaps most exciting of all: she is an unmolested classic yacht that has been upgraded with care and forethought.’

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Seagull of Cayman is asking $7.5 million.
