The 25.84 metre motor yacht Bella Lisa, listed for sale by MarineMax, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Tom George at Tom George Yacht Group.
Built in GRP by the Taiwanese yard Ocean Alexander to a design by Ed Monk Jr, she was delivered in 2017 as an 85E07 model. An interior by Evan K Marshall in satin finished walnut wood accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, double and a twin, all with entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. There is also accommodation for three crew in two cabins.
The saloon is open plan and has a lounge area with comfortable seating, a bar and an entertainment centre including a 46-inch LCD television screen and a Dolby stereo surround sound system. Fine marble is used for the counter tops on the bar, television cabinet and the divider to the dining area with its custom table seating eight guests.
The aft deck is admirably suited for al fresco relaxation with ample seating, a table, wet bar and fridge while the flybridge offers more seating and tables, a wet bar and fridge. An added attraction is the hard top and a set of plexiglass screens that mean the area can be entirely enclosed and air conditioned. Twin 1,600hp MTU diesel engines power her to a top speed of 23 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles at 10 knots.
Bella Lisa was asking $4,500,000.
