The 25.84 metre motor yacht Mimi’s Magic, listed for sale by Arthur Grin at HMY Yacht Sales, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Allied Marine.

Built in GRP by Taiwanese yard Ocean Alexander to a design by Ed Monk Jr, Mimi’s Magic was delivered in 2015 as an OA 85 model. Accommodation is for eight guests split across four lower deck cabins, including an amidships master suite, a twin, double, and a VIP suite in the bow. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while her crew quarters allow for a staff of three people.

Her full-beam aft deck features built-in bench seating and three folding deckchairs, which provide an al fresco dining option for light meals around a curved wooden table. Moving inside through sliding glass doors and her elegant saloon boasts a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs, a full wet bar and an entertainment centre including a 46-inch LCD television screen. Further forward and the wheelhouse is open-plan with an adjacent seating area, dinette and a country-kitchen style galley.

Guests can relax on the large convertible flybridge, with its C-shaped wrap of seating, full bar, electric barbecue grill and twin sun pads. This entire area can be enclosed and air-conditioned if so desired.

Twin 1,622hp Caterpillar C-32 Acert diesel engines have logged only 750 hours to date and are still under warranty.
