A call to Axel Douque at Ocean Independence brings news that he and Peter Hurzeler have jointly listed the classic canoe-stern motor yacht La Reina Del Mar for sale for the first time.
Built by Hakvoort in 1985, she had a complete interior refit at the Pendennis yard in 2005. Accommodation is for eight guests in four staterooms including a master suite forward on the main deck while twin 441hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 3,300 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots.
