The 35.4-metre Pershing motor yacht Ginger has been listed for sale with Pierre Badin and Ioannis Petrocheilos of Denison Yachting.
She enters the brokerage market following an extensive refit completed in 2024 at Turkish yard Dunya Yachts, which saw the renewal of her RINA class five-year survey and extensive upgrades. Works included a complete repaint of the hull and superstructure, new exterior upholstery and furniture and numerous interior upgrades. Previous refits were also completed in 2020 and 2022.
Ginger was delivered by the Italian shipyard and brand of Ferretti Group in 2006 as the fifth unit from the GRP 115 series, designed inside and out by Fulvio De Simoni Yacht Design. According to data from BOATPro, the last (and 10th) Pershing 115 model was delivered in 2013. Notably, Ginger has had only one owner since new.
Ginger's Fulvio De Simoni interior is somewhat futuristic, with notable design features including circular light features and floating beds. Her main saloon – decorated in plush cream carpets and dark oak accents – is arranged with a curved port side sofa and Eames chairs to starboard, while the lower saloon was redesigned as a media and cinema room complete with skylight windows.
Her brokers highlighted Ginger's new entertainment systems, which were all newly replaced during the refit: a 60-inch screen drops down in the main saloon, while the lower media room features a 65-inch 3D television.
Accommodation on board is for up to 10 guests in a four-cabin layout, including a full-beam master suite with his and hers bathrooms, seating areas and a "high-spec" entertainment system. The guest accommodation includes an en suite VIP cabin forward with an angled double bed, curved seating and a walk-in wardrobe, and two en suite twin cabins, one of which is also equipped with a Pullman berth. Meanwhile, five crew are accommodated in three cabins.
According to her brokers, Ginger was built with outdoor use in mind. From the sun lounger-clad sundeck to the al fresco dining on the aft deck and the sunpads on the foredeck, the 35-metre offers a plethora of places to enjoy in the open-air. Notably, the motor yacht is offered with a Williams 445 Jet tender, ensuring easy access to and from shore.
The yacht for sale can reach a top speed of 35 knots thanks to twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 engines – which were also overhauled during her recent refit – and cruises comfortably at 25 knots. Key specs include a beam of 7.2 metres, a maximum draught of 1.4 metres and a volume of 189GT.
Ginger is asking €3,500,000, currently located in Mugla, Turkey.
